Suspect in Tacoma stray bullet death charged with first degree murder

TACOMA, Wash. - A 19-year-old man has been charged in the shooting death of a Tacoma woman. Manuel Alberto Castillo has been charged with murder in the first degree and "drive-by shooting" in the death of Lisa Melancon.
