Open Question: Small Dog Puppies for Sale TACOMA WA?

I've been looking EVERYWHERE for a small dog puppy. A Papillon, Yorkie, or Cocker Spaniel are my top three I've been looking for. I've tried craigslist and petfinder but neither have been working out for me. Whenever I find the right dog, its always WAY too expensive. Breeders are usually no good since they are "champion blood lines" I dont care about all that. I just want a cute little puppy for a pet! The MOST I can spend it 300 MAYBEEEE 350. Less would be best though. Is there any hope for me? I'd like to adopt one soon. Can anyone help me? Please! 1. What does being a minor have to do with anything?
